	Host reseacher inquires the room availability by telephone (029-858-7001) or the contact form.

Staying 21 days and more:
Pre-bookings accepted 6 months in advance from the date of arrival.
Staying 20 days and less:
Pre-bookings accepted 2 months in advance from the date of arrival.
< Japanese Researcher >
Attention: There are conditions that must be met in case of a Japanese to take up residence.
Staying more than one month:
Pre-bookings accepted 3 months in advance from the date of arrival.
Staying less than one month:
We are afraid that is not acceptable.

Following documents should be sent to Ninomiya House Office by more than one month in advance.

1. Original copy of "Application and Permission for Use of JST House" (Form 1)

2. A photocopy of employment certificate

Reservations may not be guranteed in case of delay in submission.
Please contact the office immediately if the submission will be delayed.

Permission to Use of JST House is to be approved by Japan Science and Technology Agency after the documentary examination.

The office shall be contacted when the check-in time has estimated.

On the first day of residency at JST House, the user shall check-in accompanied by the host researcher during office hours and submit the following documents.

Passport (identity verification is also required for all the roomshare members intending to stay at JST house.)
"Terms and Conditions" (Form 6)

In case of the check-in outside of office hours, the room key needs to be collected by the host researcher during office hours.

Please note that if any of the conditions of use are not observed while livinig in JST House, permission to live there may be withdrawn. Please make sure to read "Terms and Conditions (Form 6) carefully before start the tenancy.

When terminating the tenancy period, the following document shall be submitted to JST House office where the user stayed.

"Report of Withdrawal from JST House" (Form 3)

The room inspection to be carried out before making the final payment.

JST House refers to Ninomiya House and Takezono House
