Ninomiya House Eligibility

1. Foreign researchers who are directly involved in "research organizations ( a national
　 research institute, an independent administrative corporation conducting research, a
　 university and a public research institute.)"

2. Foreign researchers who are conducting collaborative research with 'research
　 organizations' at a research group in a private institute.

3. Japanese researchers who are directly involved in 'research organizations' or
　　a research group mentioned in the article 2, and also who are reliable and
　 communicate well with foreign researchers residing in JST houses.

4.　The period of occupancy is up to 2 years (Ninomiya House), from 3
　　months to 2 years (Takezono House).

Rent

* Rent must be paid in cash with Japanese Yen.
* A 5% consumption tax will be added to occupancies of less than 30 days.

①　国立試験研究機関、試験研究に関する業務を行う独立行政法人、大学、公共的な
　　試験研究機関（以下、「研究機関等」という。）において研究に従事する外国の研究者

②　研究機関等と共同研究を行っている民間企業の研究グループにおいて研究に従事
　　する外国の研究者

③　研究機関等や上記②の研究グループにおいて研究に従事し、宿舎を利用する外国の
　　研究者と交流を行う日本の研究者

④　二の宮ハウスの利用期間は、2年以内　 (竹園ハウスは3ヶ月以上2年以内)
